Salsation Fitness

Terms of Use

These terms describe the production v1 operating baseline for Salsation Fitness accounts, classes, QR attendance, points, rewards, Wear product redirects, and support. Members should use the platform responsibly and follow Salsation operating policies.

Accounts and roles

Users must use their own account and keep credentials private. Role access is granted by Salsation operations.

QR attendance and points

Attendance points are awarded only for valid class or event participation. Duplicate or fraudulent check-ins may be reversed.

Rewards and Wear redirects

Points rewards and Wear product redirects are subject to stock, eligibility, and partner platform rules.

Payments

Payment collection, refunds, and settlement follow the approved payment workflow for each market.

Support operations

Support tickets are handled through Salsation support workflows and may require verification of account ownership.

End User License Agreement

Access to the Salsation Fitness app is a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable Salsation community rules. Users may not misuse accounts, interfere with the service, impersonate others, or use the platform to distribute unlawful or abusive content.

Community Guidelines and User Safety

Salsation has zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or unlawful user-generated content and conduct.

Every community post and comment can be reported. Reports are sent to Salsation moderation for review and enforcement.

Users can block another user at any time. Blocking immediately removes that user's posts and comments from the blocker's feed, prevents future content from appearing while the block remains active, and sends a moderation notice to Salsation.

Confirmed violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or termination. Users can contact Salsation support to report urgent safety concerns or appeal an enforcement decision.
